Ahimsa Viahwa Bharti has completed 12 successful years of dedicated working. It is ammter of great pride for us that we are celebrating 13^th Foundation Day as ‘Ahimsa Diwas’. Indian culture has special relevance of 12 years. Mahakumbh is organised after 12 years in Sanatan Parampara. In Jainism Maha Mastabhishek is organised in Shraman Belgola. In India time period 12 years means a Yug, thus Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti is entering second Yug. I am happy that you all graced this occasion and encouraged the workers of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti to work with the same dedication in its second Yug.

Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Organisation is an endeavour to spread the message of Peace, Harmony, Non-Violence and Brotherhood, to encourage human values worldwide. We aim towards associating religion with social world and work for welfare of society and nation. We work for National character Building, education, health and medicine, means of livelihood for the less privileged and for enhancing spiritual experience in their lives through our branches in India and Abroad. I appeal to all the workers to take the campaigns against social evils like Female Foeticide, Alcoholism, Child Labour and Environment Pollution run by Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti in different parts of India. Friends! Ahimsa Diwas Samaroh is also important because peace and harmony can be established in the society only with non-violence. Our Prime Minister gives emphasis to development. We need peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in the society for development.  Ahimsa Diwas is important because violence cannot solve any problem. Violence gives rise to counter violence. All problems can be solved through dialogue based on the principle of Unity in Diversity. Therefore Government of India made announcement to solve Kashmir issue through dialogue.

Many great leaders such as Bhagwan Mahavir, Bhagwan Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi gave great emphasis to non-violence. Mahatma Gandhi made India independent through non-violence. Ahimsa does not mean being coward. There is a need for practical experimentation of non-violence. Healthy society can be build by following the path of non-violence.  World Peace and Human welfare is possible only through non-violence.

Indian has pluralist culture. Unity in diversity is its unique feature. Inter religion harmony is key to this unity. Non-violence, peace and harmony begin from here. We want development, prosperity. Peace, Brotherhood, Love, Non-violence in social life leads to equitable development. Development and peace are deeply related. When religious leaders, politicians, and eminent people from different walks of life will give the message of non-violence, peace and harmony it will definitely leave an impact.

I am hopeful that Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti organisation in its second Yug will work for the welfare of humanity with greater enthusiasm, we will encourage young generation to follow the path of non-violence and give important contribution towards Nation Building
